How to Apply

Nonexempt Staff Positions

Effective May 1, 2017 all nonexempt new position postings will be placed on our new Job Opportunities website

Applicants will apply using the PageUp applicant tracking system.  

Positions requiring a paper application form will submit the form to the Department of Human Resources at the address listed below.

Hand Delivery:
The Department of Human Resources is located on the 5th floor of the Administration building.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Exempt Staff Positions

Effective July 5, 2017, ALL new staff position postings will be placed on the new Job Opportunities website.  All applicants will apply using the PageUp system.  

Exempt staff positions require a  cover letter and resume to be submitted directly to the hiring department. Check the job posting for specific requirements and instructions for applying.


Faculty Positions

Faculty positions including part-time instructor and regular faculty should submit application materials directly to the hiring department.  Please follow instructions for applying on the job advertisement.


General Information

Applications and resumes are accepted only at the time a vacancy exists; please do not submit applications or resumes for positions which are not posted or advertised.

Positions may require a criminal background check.

As required by the 1986 Immigration Act, be prepared to present acceptable documentation showing your identity and that you are a U.S. citizen or an alien who is authorized to work.

Only those candidates for further consideration will be contacted by the hiring department.
