FAQ’s: Support During COVID-19

I am really stressed out about the COVID-19 situation.  It all seems so scary to me. Are there any resources to help me cope?

It is not unusual to feel some stress in a situation like this.  Fear and anxiety about this virus can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children.  Regular and contingent II employees can also contact our Employee Assistance Program for confidential counseling and support.  In addition, our EAP provider through ComPsych GuidanceResources has a COVID-19 toolkit available for all employees and supervisors.

Please check the COVID-19 webpage for additional campus resources.
