The incumbent is responsible for conducting job classification studies, assisting with salary surveys and administration, and conducting special projects as needed regarding wage administration. The incumbent also assists the Classification/Compensation Manager with implementing and developing classification/compensation policies, and meet with leadership to discuss complex salary issues.
