The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and security of UMBC’s employee data. As the technical heartbeat of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management, we manage the PeopleSoft HR system, oversee timekeeping and leave administration, and provide critical data reporting to support campus-wide operations. Our team serves as a strategic partner to department liaisons, ensuring that our HR systems remain efficient, accurate, and secure.
