Kim is responsible for the management and oversight of the recruitment and selection processes for exempt and non-exempt staff as well as faculty recruitment providing consultation and technical expertise to hiring departments. She serves as systems administrator for the PageUp system. In addition, she coordinates the Employee of the Quarter Award and Job Well Done Group Project award programs.

She reviews job requisitions, posts positions, reviews offer approval, provides guidance and technical assistance to hiring departments and applicants. This individual is responsible for the maintenance of the PageUp applicant tracking system including reviewing and processing security requests; training users; and providing technical assistance.

The incumbent is also responsible for conducting job studies and other related classification/compensation projects.
